Welcome to Armor Forge.

 It is our privilege to introduce the world's first Graphene Nano Composite Armor System.

 

Since 2020 we've been working hand in hand with warfighters and Law Enforcement

Officers to create the most advanced armor system on the planet. Stagnation in the body armor industry has been a big problem for innovation. Most manufacturers are still using technology developed 50 years ago. This dated technology has not been adapted to stop modern armor-piercing rounds and advanced threats found on today's streets and battlefields.

 

The Armor Forge graphene nano-composite systems were born from a need for lightweight ballistic protection to support anti-human trafficking efforts both here at home and abroad. Unfortunately, all current armor solutions were compromised when looking for lightweight, extreme durability, thickness, and reliability.

 

So, we created our own solution.

 

Partnering with leading scientists in graphene nano integration and experts in aerospace, composite, and other next-generation material engineering, together we created a patented, stronger, lighter, and thinner armoring solution.

 

The unique structure of graphene makes it the strongest material is known to modern science. The atoms are so tightly bonded that graphene becomes 200 times stronger than steel. Since its discovery in 2004, competitors have attempted to integrate graphene in their armor solutions without success.

 

The Armor Forge partners have extensive experience commercializing graphene to clients such as NASA and SpaceX, thus producing the first rifle-rated graphene-based armor system in existence.

 

Innovation allows us to integrate much-requested Warfighter and Law Enforcement Officers’ life-saving features thanks to our graphene-based armor which is characterized by extreme durability.

 

Unlike comparable ceramic and poly systems, we are stab, drop, and impact-proof. Our systems are heat stable and do not require x-ray verification prior to plate issues.

 

We also have a 10-year lifespan, which is twice the average lifespan length of comparable ceramic and poly systems.  

 

Armor Forge systems are independently tested at NTS Chesapeake, the premier ballistics lab in the country. Exceeding the NIJ standard, we

use an eight-shot pattern, double that of current standards to verify that our system will never fail our end users. Our MK -VI armor system is special threat rated for m855 steel core 5.56, 7.62 X 39 mild steel core, m193, and M80 ball at max velocities.

 

We've also integrated many unique feature sets with our nanocomposite Systems. We are hydrophobic with first-of-the-industry-user serviceable non-Newtonian backers, our systems reduce thermal and infrared signatures and the ability to integrate RFID technology for inventory management.

 

Manufactured in our 15,000-square-foot facility in Colorado, we take great pride in our Berry-compliant offerings.

 

Just like a custom high-end firearm, your plate will be assembled by a single composite technician in accordance with ISO 1000 standards. We take saving your life seriously.
